MOVE MONDAY WALK CLUB 
We’re creating a space where adults can take an hour for themselves, get some exercise, enjoy fresh air, and reconnect with their health and community.
This isn’t about competition or being a fitness expert. It’s about showing up, moving your body, clearing your mind, and surrounding yourself with positive people and positive energy.
This Week’s Walk: Downtown Flint Meet-Up & Hydration Station: Taylor Rae’s Ice Cream Spa
Meet: 6:00 PM
Walk Begins: 6:30 PM
Walk Ends: 7:30 PM
Hydration Station Available Before & After the Walk
Everyone who participates will automatically be entered for a chance to WIN a trip to Take Flight Weekend Atlanta 2026!
