Carriage Town Porchfest is Postponed, But You Can Still Catch Several Performers on Flint Stages Tonight

Due to ongoing air quality concerns, organizers of Carriage Town’s annual Porchfest announced the outdoor event, originally scheduled for July 17, is being postponed to September 19.

However, with dozens of performers prepared to perform on July 17, Jeff Skigh and Derek Dohrman worked together with two local businesses to find indoor stages that will keep everyone safe and also give audiences a chance to still catch some of the artists.

Skigh announced two lineups, one at Queens’ Provisions and one at Arrowhead Vets Club, both in Carriage Town, with performances beginning at 6 p.m. and wrapping up at midnight between the two venues. A third lineup at Good Beans Cafe was later announced by the Carriage Town Neighborhood Association.

The Good Beans lineup includes:

  • 6 p.m. – Erik McIntyre and Antoine Thouvenin
