WXC 102: Devil’s Night Cage Fighting

Warrior Xtreme Combat will bring former regional champions and fighters with national-
stage experience to Dort Financial Center on Friday, Oct. 30, for WXC 102. William Starks faces Troy

Green in the main event, with Anthony Guarascio and Flint fighter Troy Lamson also scheduled to
compete.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, WXC entered a broadcast agreement with UFC FIGHT PASS in 2019.
Its alumni include Khaos Williams and Justin Jaynes, both of whom went on to compete in the UFC. The
promotion has more than 15 years of history and is steadily rebuilding momentum, staging WXC 100 at
Dort Financial Center on April 11, 2026, and returning to Flint for WXC 102.
On the Oct. 30 card
• William Starks vs. Troy Green. Starks enters the announced 155-pound main event as a former Cage
Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) lightweight champion. Before his professional career, he won
consecutive International Mixed Martial Arts Federation amateur welterweight world titles in 2015 and
2016, giving the matchup a fighter with championship experience at both levels.
• Anthony Guarascio vs. Ben Wunder. Guarascio, a former CFFC heavyweight champion, headlined
the fifth week of Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2025. His bout with Wunder brings a
heavyweight tested on the UFC’s prospect-evaluation series to Flint’s Halloween-weekend card.
• Troy Lamson vs. Jesse Smith. Lamson gives the event a Flint connection. A Michigan high school
state wrestling champion at Swan Valley, he competed for Michigan State before appearing in the
2022 Professional Fighters League Challenger Series. His path from Michigan wrestling to professional
MMA brings a hometown storyline to the card.
