“Vehicle Cities of the Dead” Historic Cemeteries Bike Tour
2.5 to 3 hours, about 9.5 miles (route has some hills)
Come learn about six historic Flint cemeteries, two of which are not visible to the untrained eye…. Professor Thomas Henthorn (UMFlint History Department) will be your tour guide and walk you through Flint’s cemetery history dating back to 1842 as well as provide lots of interesting, more general, cemetery information!
A portion of these proceeds will support the UM-Flint History Department’s Cemetery Preservation work.
