Serene Saturday Wellness Retreat

You cannot pour from an empty cup, and on April 4th, we want to help you fill yours.
Join us 10 am to 4pm Saturday, April 4 for a day of deep restorative rest and gentle movement designed to help you rediscover your inner calm. Remember, this retreat is a fundraiser – your $75 admission fee allows the Crim to offer mental and physical wellbeing programs, events and education for those who need them most in our county.
