Restorative Yoga with Theresa Roach

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to help the body rest, reset, and heal. In this class, you’ll be gently guided into a series of fully supported postures using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to slow down and the body to release tension without effort.
This class focuses on breath awareness, stillness, and mindful relaxation, making it ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, and supporting overall well-being. Movements are minimal and accessible, with plenty of options to ensure comfort and ease for all bodies.
Restorative Yoga is perfect for anyone seeking deep rest, recovery from physical or mental fatigue, or a quiet space to reconnect and recharge. We have Yoga mats, Yoga blocks, and blankets. please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle (water station is available to refill your bottle). Class begins promptly at 6 p.m. so please arrive early to avoid being locked out!
