Please come to yoga, this Saturday, at Wilson Park from 8:15am-9:00am. Wilson Park is located across from the Flint Farmers Market on the U of M Campus.
While this is a drop-in class, if you are interested in coming to yoga this Saturday, it would help me greatly if you could fill out this form just to get a sense of how many people plan on attending:

This week’s theme: Let’s Keep it Moving
Let’s use this Saturday’s practice to explore new spaces and engage in the world in a different way.
Bring your own Mat. And please feel free to bring any props (blanket, towels, blocks) you need to help make your practice more personal.
For those attending your first outdoor class you may want to plan to arrive at 8:00am to get adjusted to the area and set up your mat in a way that makes you feel comfortable.
This donation-based community yoga class will be an all-levels class (from beginners to the more experienced practitioner) focusing on yoga basics. If you need an extra mat for yourself or a guest, please email me ahead of class so I can plan accordingly.
And in the event of rain class will be canceled.
All donated money collected from the Saturday classes go to Flint based non-profits.
Come, Let’s Yoga Together.
