Please join us on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, for the Flint Women’s Forum Monthly Membership meeting.
Doors open at 11:30 am for NETWORKING
The event takes place from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Featured Speaker: Theresa Roach, Special Projects Manager with the CRIM Fitness Foundation.
Theresa Roach is a passionate champion for community well-being, dedicated to fostering healthy, mindful, and equitable communities. She has been a staff member at the Crim Fitness Foundation for 15 years. She provides trauma-informed mental well-being initiatives and events that support the health of Flint and Genesee County residents.
Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Central Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Communications Administration from Saginaw Valley State University. She is a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness facilitator, an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated – Zeta Beta Zeta Chapter, a board member of Impact100 Genesee County, a member of Gen Forward Philanthropy Network, and serves as co-chair of Flint Advocates and Leaders for Police & Community Trust.

ALL Members may invite and bring visitors at the same rate as members, $20 for Lunch. Luncheon: Visitors can attend up to three times before applying for membership. Once approved, you will be asked to join FWF for only $100/year.
