Neighborhood Engagement Hub Open House
April 20 @ 3:00 pm
Flint is more than a city. It is home.
It is the blocks that raised us, the neighbors who look out for one another, the gardens grown with care, the vacant lots turned into something beautiful, and the people who keep showing up because they believe our neighborhoods matter.
At the Neighborhood Engagement Hub, that belief is at the center of why we do what we do.
We are excited to invite you to our NEH Open House + Toolshed Season Opening on Monday, April 20th from 3PM to 6PM at 3216 M L King Ave., Flint, MI 48505.
We are opening our doors and inviting Flint in.
We want residents, partners, and supporters to step into our space, connect with the heart behind the work, and experience the resources designed to help neighborhoods thrive. This is an opportunity to tour our facility, meet our team and board, learn more about our programming, and get a closer look at our Community Toolshed, a resource created to help residents access the equipment and support they need to care for the places they call home.
We know that for many people, neighborhood pride looks like action. It looks like cutting grass on a vacant lot, planting flowers on your block, cleaning up shared spaces, preparing a lot for community use, or simply doing your part to make your corner of Flint feel cared for. We also know that access matters, and sometimes practical support is the very thing that helps good intentions turn into visible change.
That is why this work matters. That is why these resources matter. And that is why we remain committed to supporting the people and neighborhoods who continue to show up for Flint every day.
We would love for you to come celebrate with us, connect with us, and be reminded that our neighborhoods are worth the investment, worth the care, and worth all of us continuing to show up for them.
Come tour our facility.
Come learn more about our work.
Come meet the people behind the mission.
Come enjoy food trucks and fun activities.
Come be in community with us.
