MLK Corridor Activation: Momentum and Motivation Mondays
King Avenue Plus is inviting residents to gather every Monday this summer for its MLK Corridor Activation: Momentum & Motivation Mondays event series. Held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. along Martin Luther King Avenue between Pasadena Avenue and Jamieson Street, the weekly program is designed to bring the community together through local business support, youth activities, music, and networking opportunities.
Running weekly from June 8 through August 24, the activation will feature marketplace vendors, food vendors showcasing local flavors, youth engagement programming, live music, and community-building activities. Organizers say the initiative aims to strengthen neighborhood connections while creating opportunities for small businesses and community partners.
King Avenue Plus is also seeking food vendors, marketplace vendors, community partners, and corridor impact sponsors to participate and help support community growth and visibility.
