Flint Symphony Orchestra: Across the Northern Sky
Brilliant color, lyric beauty and sweeping landscapes define this unforgettable orchestral journey. The concert opens with the atmospheric colors of Musgrave’s Rainbow followed by the timeless elegance of Beethoven’s Violin Concerto. Sibelius’s Symphony No. 1 brings the program to a powerful close evoking the radiant light and storied landscapes of the north.
