SPECIAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE AND REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS will be held in the CITY
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 3rd FLOOR, FLINT CITY HALL, 1101 S. Saginaw Street, Flint. Special Affairs
Committee meetings convene at 4:30 P.M. City Council meetings convene at 5:30 P.M., or after the Special Affairs Committee Meeting has been adjourned. (NOTE: second May meeting is on Tuesday, May 26, due to Memorial Day holiday).
