Coney Dog Eating Contest
The Flint Firebirds Coneydogs will host a coney dog eating contest on Saturday, January 24, 2026, during the first intermission of the Flint Firebirds hockey game at the Dort Financial Center. The contest will take place at center ice.
The grand prize includes a custom Flint Coneydogs championship wrestling belt and an authentic Flint Coneydogs jersey. Participants must register by January 18. Winners will be notified on January 19 and will receive two complimentary game tickets and free parking for the event.
Those interested in competing must submit a one-minute-or-less audition video explaining who they are, why they should be selected, and how many coney dogs they think they can eat. The contest is open to participants 18 and older, with minors required to apply for exceptional status.
The eating contest is part of the Flint Firebirds home game experience at the Dort Financial Center.
