Blacksmithing Safety Checkout Class

This class teaches the fundamental skills needed to forge steel and understand blacksmithing tools. We will introduce fire tending, tapering, upsetting, flattening, and bending and spreading of hot steel so that students will be able to operate the forge on their own.
*Remember to wear natural fibers. Synthetic fibers can be dangerous.*
