Being Kinder to You Discussion
A panel discussion focused on personal growth and resilience will take place March 12 at the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library.
The event, titled “Women Who Win: Saying Yes to the Crown — Being Kinder to You,” will feature speakers Shalonda Griffin, DeAndra Larkin and Theresa Roach. The program aims to explore themes of grace, growth and resilience while encouraging women to practice self-compassion.
The discussion is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and will be hosted by Nurse T. Organizers say the event will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear personal insights and stories from the featured speakers.
