4th Annual Festival of Trees & Merry Marketplace

It’s that time of year again — and we’re so excited to celebrate the magic of the holidays and make a real difference in our community.

But to make it happen, we need your help!

We’re currently looking for:

Event Sponsors – Help us grow this beloved holiday tradition.

Tree Designers – Show off your creativity and festive flair!

Wreath Designers – Add your unique touch to our holiday displays.

Vendors – Share your products at our bustling Merry Marketplace.

Gift Card Donations – Have extras lying around? We’ll use them to fill our trees with cheer!

Attendees – Come shop, sip, and stroll through a winter wonderland — admission is free!

This Year’s Impact

Proceeds from the Festival of Trees will directly support the launch of our Menstrual Product Bank, an initiative providing essential period products to individuals and families in need.

Did you know that 1 in 4 teens in the U.S. have missed class because they didn’t have access to period products? Together, we can change that.

Your support also fuels our mission to advance women’s health initiatives and build lasting support systems for families across Genesee County.

Festival Highlights

From December 4–5, our talented designers will set up their beautiful trees and wreaths to be displayed and auctioned off at the Sloan Museum. Then, on December 6–7, the community is invited to our Merry Marketplace: come see the incredible wreaths and trees and enjoy a free family friendly holiday event filled with vendors, artisans, and festive fun! Online bidding concludes during our Merry Marketplace on the afternoon of December 7th!
