Please come to yoga, this Saturday, at Brush Park from 8:15am-9:00am. Brush Park is located at 120 E. First St., Flint, MI 48502.

Building Community one yoga class at a time
Bring your own Mat. Also please feel free to bring any props (blanket, towels, blocks) you need to help make your practice more personal.
For those attending your first outdoor class you may want to plan to arrive at the Flint sign at 8:00am to get adjusted to the area and set up your mat in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Also, if one would like to arrive early to help clean up this outdoor space, that would be much appreciated.
This donation-based community yoga class will be an all-levels class (from beginners to the more experienced practitioner) focusing on yoga basics. If you need an extra mat for yourself or a guest, please email me ahead of class so I can plan accordingly.
And please refrain from attending if you are not feeling well.

The mission of the Latinx Technology and Community Center is to enhance the dignity and quality of life for the Flint & Genesee County Latinx community and other cultures.
