2026 Adult Track Meet

We are gearing up early for our 2nd annual Adult Track Meet!

After the success of last year’s meet, we’re back and raising the bar! This event is designed to bring adults of all fitness levels together for friendly competition, personal challenges, and community connection. If you plan to compete, here is what you need to know (read the post, and check out the flyers.):

Date: Saturday, August 8th, 2026 Location: Carman-Ainsworth Middle School1409 Maple Ave, Flint, MI 48507
️Time: Field Events start at 11am.Running Events start at 12pm.*****************************************************
️ The Bauman’s 5000m Run will be broken up into two flights. Those who run 30 minutes or longer will run at 10am. Those who run at 29 minutes or faster will run during the main event that starts at 12pm.*****************************************************
Walking Events: 1500m walkField Events: Discus, shot put, long jump, high jump.Running Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 4x800m, 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m, 4x800m, Bauman’s 5,000m*****************************************************
New Events: 100m hurdles(women), 110m hurdles(men), Mixed 4x100m Relay, Mixed 4x400m Relay, Throwers 4x100m Relay*****************************************************
