Luckily\, Meet the Lender is coming to help you learn how to finance your business dreams.  \nIn partnership with the Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance and powered by the Michigan Economic Development Association\, the Genesee Entrepreneurial Network (GEN) will host its first-ever Meet the Lender event at the University of Michigan-Flint Northbank Center (432 Saginaw St #419\, Flint) on April 9 from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. The event aims to set small businesses up for loan success through expert advice and the option to have one-on-one meetings.   \nThis event is good for small businesses and entrepreneurs looking to strengthen their partnerships or streamline their loan applications. Participants can expect a clear\, transparent loan timeline and realistic expectations for loan applications. By the end of the event\, they will walk away with practical\, actionable knowledge to help them submit stronger applications\, reduce processing delays\, and strengthen their relationships with lenders.  \nSome lenders in attendance at the event will include Dort Financial Credit Union\, ELGA Credit Union\, Huntington Bank\, MSU Federal Credit Union\, Michigan Good Food Fund\, Michigan Woman Forward\, PNC Bank\, Small Business Association\, and Wildfire Credit Union.    \nAlthough this event is free to the public\, registration is required. Interested participants can register at developflintandgenesee.org/lender.   \n\n\n	Related

Each year\, this event raises funds to support AAHC’s programs in immigration\, education\, advocacy\, civic engagement\, and the arts\, and honors exceptional individuals in three categories: Physician of the Year\, Community Contributor of the Year\, and Arab American of the Year.
