DESCRIPTION:Marking 25 years of the Mott-Warsh Collection and 10 years of MW Gallery\, “Voice and Visibility” showcases the depth\, influence\, and critical acclaim of artists who have shaped American art. Featuring works by Romare Bearden\, Jacob Lawrence\, Kehinde Wiley\, Wangechi Mutu and more\, this exhibition draws from more than 1\,100 works in one of the nation’s largest privately owned collections of art by artists of the African diaspora.\n\n\nThe exhibit will be on view at MW Gallery (815 S. Saginaw St.\, Flint\, MI 48502) now through August 22\, 2026. Gallery hours are Thursdays and Fridays\, 11:00am – 6:00pm; Saturdays\, 11:00am – 5:00pm; and the 2nd Friday of each month\, 11:00am – 9:00pm\, for Flint ARTWALK.
