SUMMARY:Fire Concert Benefit for Kim French
DESCRIPTION:Musician Kim French suffered thru a terrible fire and is trying to raise funds to rebuild. On July 30\, 2026 Kim’s garage caught on fire. Thankfully she made it out okay\, and her neighbor rescued her dog Charlie. But she lost her garage and belongings\, and the stage she built for summer concerts. Kim’s house suffered fire\, smoke and water damage. Her insurance didn’t cover enough for outbuildings\, so she is determined to make up the difference so she can rebuild. Kim has also been displaced from her home.Please join us as we help Kim get back on solid ground\, as she has spent a lifetime helping others.We plan to celebrate Kim\, her art\, her music\, her community contributions\, with performances from Flint’s great R&B and pop singer Gwen Pennyman Hemphill\, our band Fiction\, and hopefully a little from Kim French herself.The concert entry is free\, but we hope for donations or visitations to Kim’s GoFundMe page. \n\n\n	Related
