DESCRIPTION:Ever Thought About Playing Roller Derby? Now’s Your Chance! \nFlint Roller Derby is looking for motivated individuals who want to become athletes in a high-speed\, high-intensity\, and competitive contact sport.\n\n\nWhether you’re already active in another sport\, coming from another derby team\, or on a fitness journey\, roller derby could be the perfect fit for you. No skating experience required. Most of our skaters were not athletes nor could they skate when they began! Some of the things that we are looking for are people who have a positive attitude\, work well in a team environment\, and have the mental toughness to work through mental and physical pain.\n\n\nThe tryout will take place on March 11 at 7:30pm\, please arrive no later than 7:20. You will need to bring tennis shoes\, lots of water\, and athletic clothes.
