SUMMARY:College Cultural Neighborhood Association Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The College Cultural Neighborhood Association is a non-profit\, volunteer driven organization. Since 1992 we have been dedicated to preserving and improving our urban neighborhood and city. We raise awareness of governmental\, social and environmental issues concerning us and other Flint neighborhoods. About 1\,400 households are represented by CCNA\, which includes the area I-69 to Gilkey Creek/Crapo St.\, to Longway to Dort Hwy.\n\n\n\n\n\nElected Volunteer Officers: President: Mike Keeler; Vice President: Sherry Hayden; Treasurer: Annette Fechik; Secretary: Paul Streby. Neighborhood Watch: Mike Herriman\n\n\n\n\n\n2026 CCNA Meetings\n\n\n\n\n\nThurs. January 15\, 2026\, 6:30-8:30 pm\n\n\n\n\n\nThurs. March 19\, 2026\, 6:30-8:30 pm\n\n\n\n\n\nThurs. May 21\, 2026\, 6:30-8:30 pm\n\n\n\n\n\nThurs. September 17\, 2026\, 6:30-8:30 pm\n\n\n\n\n\nThurs. November 19\, 2026\, 6:30-8:30 pm\n\n\n\n\n\nThe CCNA meeting schedule is based on a traditional school year. We meet every other month (September\, November\, January\, March and May) the third Thursday of the month. In 2025 we changed to an earlier meeting time\, starting at 6:30 pm. In the warm months please join us for music events at Pierce Park.\n\n\n\n\n\nThank you to Mott Community College\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are grateful to Mott Community College and the Office of Institutional Advancement and especially Dale Weighill for hosting our civic meetings\, which are open to all\, free of charge.
